DETECTOR FOR UNKNOWN VARIABLE PARAMETER IN PHYSICAL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To detect the unknown variable parameter of a physical system easily by detecting the unknown variable parameter of the physical system from an output of a matrix variable control means. CONSTITUTION:A physical system 10 applies to a drive system, etc., such as flow control, pressure control, temperature control, rolling control, etc. A numeric model system 20 is acquired by simulating the physical system 10 by an electronic computer, etc. An error arithmetic means 31 obtains output difference between the physical system 10 and the numeric model system 20, an error. A matrix variable control means 32 varies each matrix of the numeric model system 20 according to error signal, and controls the system 20 so that the error reaches zero. An output value from the matrix variable control means 32 is read when the error reaches zero, thus specifying the unknown variable parameter of the physical system 10.
