An effective grain mean water content value calculating means B, on the other hand, compares the respective measurement data obtained by the moisture meter 20 with a preset specified value and averages measurement data below the specified value to find the effective grain mean water content value. Then a water value difference calculating means C finds the water content value difference from the simple mean water content value and effective grain mean water content value. Then an effective grain mean water content value correcting means E corrects the effective grain mean water content value obtained by the calculating means B according to the water content value difference found by the calculating means C.
