LOCKING METHOD FOR WORKER ACCESS DOOR AGAINST AUTOMATICALLY GUIDED VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of an accident due to the contact of an automatically guided vehicle with a door by sensing that the automatically guided vehicle comes near or away through a reed switch and automatically locking and unlocking an electric key. CONSTITUTION:The automatically guided vehicle 1 advances on a running route in a direction in which the door 4 lies and a permanent magnet 2 in the automatically guided vehicle approaches the reed switch 6 closer to the door. Then the reed switch operates to automatically lock the electric key 9 installed on the door, and the door will not open. The automatically guided vehicle advances further, passes through the door and approaches the reed switch 7 farther the door. The reed switch 7 operates to automatically unlock the electric key 9. When the door freely opens and closes. Thus when the automatically guided vehicle passes through the entrance and exist for the worker, the door will not open. Hence the door never prevents the advance of the automatically guided vehicle, thereby preventing the occurrence of an accident.
