The invention relates to new 1-azobicycloalkane derivatives of formula (I): …IMAGE… in which n denotes 1, 2 or 3, R1 and R2, which are identical or different, denote a hydrogen, an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl (C1-6) radical optionally substituted by a hydroxyl, an alkoxy (C1-6), aralkyl (- C1-14) or -(COOalk1 or -CON(alk)2 radical, alk1 and alk2 being an alkyl (C1-6), the radical -C(R1)=NOR2 being in position 2, 3 or 4, in all the isomeric forms and their mixtures, as well as the salts, process for their preparation and their application as cholinomimetic medicines.
