The machine consists of a first uncorking carousel formed by a wheel carrying cork removal stations; a second carousel for removing part of the wine consisting of a wheel carrying vacuum nozzles; a third carousel for dosing the bottles with liquor of expedition, consisting of a wheel carrying dosing heads; and a fourth carousel for re-levelling the bottles, consisting of a wheel carrying re-levelling heads, a first star-wheel with vents, a first turn-table, a second star-wheel which systematically withdraws non-dosed bottles, and a second turn-table.
