Abstract of the DisclosureAn epoxy resin-polyammonium salt emulsion is basedon a liquid epoxy resin, a latent curing agent, an emulsi-fier, and water. The emulsion is used in epoxy resin -cement mortars, in alkaline curing cement mixtures, and inadhesive compositions based on hydraulically setting alka-line cement binders.
