The device is inserted in the demodulating systems of receivers consisting of a frequency mixer (6) excited by a local oscillator (7) and a carrier-locked loop (8). It comprises means (12, 17) for adding the Doppler frequency to the frequency for tuning the local oscillator (7) and to the frequency for tuning the carrier-locked loop (8). A filter (9) is inserted in the carrier-locked loop (8) to compensate the delay introduced by an intermediate-frequency filter (9) coupled to the output of the frequency mixer (6). Application: telecommunication receiver. IMAGE
