The device has a shaft (2) removably fixed to a pipeshaft carrier (4) which is connectable to a liquid supply. The pipe head (3) has a series of openings permitting liquid outlet from a first conduit (8), and a single liquid outlet connected to a second conduit (9). A two-way valve (5) controls liquid flow into the two conduits. The valve may comprise a ball (24) selectively movable to block one conduit by a return spring (27). The spring bias is such that the normal position of the valve allows flow to the multiple openings, but it may be moved by a manual push control (6) to allow flow to the single opening.
