For clearing-depth adjustment, the load-receiving points and/or articulation points of the holding arms for a clearing aggregate are provided with sensors, such as load measuring pins. The sensors are here configured for measuring force, moment, power and/or direction. The corresponding signals are fed to an evaluating logic which drives a control unit of an adjusting cylinder for predetermined vertical adjustment of the clearing dozer.
