PURPOSE: To efficiently execute deaeration and to lessen the consumption of a washing liquid by installing a cooling coil above a deaeration tank for heating and deaerating the washing liquid and an ultrasonic washing tank and adopting a structure to connect these tanks with two pieces of upper and lower pipelines and to circulate the washing liquid by natural convection thereby continuously deaerating the washing liquid. CONSTITUTION: The washing liquid 7 is heated by a heating coil 3 in the deaeration tank 4 and the air included in the washing liquid 7 is deaerated by this heating and is discharged to the outside of the tank. On the other hand, the washing liquid 7 evaporated by the heating is risen and is cooled by the vapor cooling coil 9, by which the washing liquid is liquefied and is returned to the washing tank 2. The washing liquid 7 is passed between the washing tank 2 and the deaeration tank 4 by the two pipelines 5, 6 under the natural convection by the heating. The air flowing into the washing liquid 7 together with the wash is successively deaerated within the deaeration tank 4. The vapor generated by the heating is cooled by the upper cooling coil. Since this vapor stagnates on the washing liquid at all times, the contact of the washing liquid with the air is prohibited and the efficient deaeration is made possible. In addition, the consumption of the washing liquid 7 is reduced.
