摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled powder with uniform size suitable for sintering, by hydrothermal treatment of a suspension of coprecipitate comprising a rare earth metal compound, alkaline earth metal compound and copper compound. CONSTITUTION:(a) A rare earth metal salt aqueous solution, alkaline earth metal salt one, copper salt one and a precipitation-forming agent are mixed to prepare a suspension of coprecipitate comprising a rare earth metal compound, alkaline earth metal compound and copper compound. (b) This suspension is subjected to hydrothermal treatment to obtain the objective rare earth metal- alkaline earth metal-copper oxide-based superconducting ceramic raw powder. Said rare earth metal salt, alkaline earth metal salt and copper salt are pref. water-soluble salts or convertible into water-soluble salts by adding acid, respectively. Said hydrothermal treatment is pref. carried out at 130-300 deg.C for 1-20hr.
