METHOD FOR FEEDING BLACK LIQUOR TO BLACK LIQUID RECOVERY BOILER FOR PRODUCTION OF CRAFT PULP AND ASSEMBLED SPRAY GUN USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To feed black liquor while preventing the formation of black liquor cake which hinders the ejection of the black liquor by blasting humid pressurized steam from a gun to the tip end of a spray gun ejecting black liquor generated in a craft pulp production process into a black liquor recovery boiler. CONSTITUTION:Black liquor generated in the production of craft pulp is ejected into a black liquor recovery boiler through a black liquor-feeding spray gun 2. Humid pressurized steam is blasted through a nozzle 4 of a steam blasting tube 3 against the tip end 2a of the spray gun 2 to prevent the formation of a black liquor cake inhibiting the ejection of black liquor and to effect the uniform scattering and supply of black liquor from the tip end 2a of the spray gun 2 into the black liquor recovery boiler 1. The supplied black liquor is burnt in the boiler to enable efficient disposal of the black liquor. The humid pressurized steam is preferably pressurized steam produced by adding hot water supplied from a hot-water feeding tube 3b to superheated steam supplied from a superheated steam feeding tube 3a.
