PURPOSE:To accelerate an operation by selecting the content of voice display and converting the selected voice display content into a voice signal and sending the result. CONSTITUTION:A display signal among signals received by a signal reception circuit 3 is detected by a display signal detection circuit 10. When the display signal is detected, the voice display content information stored in a card information storage circuit 16 is retrieved by a display code by using the display code included in the display signal by a display signal selection circuit 11 and the prescribed voice display content is selected and outputted. The voice synthesizing circuit 12 generates the voice display content received from the circuit 11 into the voice and sends the result to a voice mixing circuit 13. Thus, the operator of the trunk line attendant board 2 uses the synthesized voice generated by the circuit 13 to recognize the content of the display signal to accelerate the succeeding operation.
