PURPOSE:To enable a drop capsule to be cut off without being given a microvibration by hanging the drop capsule by a conductive wirelike body such as a piano wire, and by passing an electric current through the conductive wirelike body so that it can be melted and out off. CONSTITUTION:To cut off a drop capsule 1 from a drop capsule hanging part 2, a switch 6 is closed to pass an electric current through a conductive wirelike body 3, and the conductive wirelike body 3 is melted and cut off. In this case, a battery 4 whose voltage is approximately 12 V is used, and the area of an electrode piece 5 on the lower side is made smaller than that of an electrode piece 5 on the upper side so as to have a larger contact resistance, so that the generation of Joule heat at the contact part of the electrode piece 5 on the lower side is made greater, thus the conductive wirelike body 3 is cut off at the contact part of the electrode piece 5 on the lower side. Accordingly, without being influenced by the contact of the electrode piece 5 on the upper side, the drop capsule 1 can be cut off without being given a microvibration.
