PURPOSE:To realize the ornamental lighting with refined taste at a low cost by radiating the colored light permeating a colored translucent rotary plate from below a top plate through translucent windows provided on the top plate of a table. CONSTITUTION:A required number of translucent windows 2 are provided on a top plate 1, a lamp 3 is provided directly below them, a colored translucent rotary plate 4 and a translucent plate 6 are provided in a space between the lamp 3 and the translucent windows 2. The colored translucent rotary plate 4 is constituted of a translucent plate with multiple colors divided in multiple segments, the translucent plate 6 has a pattern of various opaque portions, both of them form various colored patterns by rotation, the light of the lamp 3 permeates them. The translucent windows 2 are formed with the glass having an irregular reflection surface and the opal glass, a glass or the like put on a table is illuminated from below with elegance. The color is changed by the permeating colored light, not by the lamp, thus this device can be constituted at a low cost.
