PURPOSE:To realize a test for one equivalent to an actual phenomenon by constituting the device so that an electric current and a voltage between the poles generated in an actual system on the three-phase junction test are simulated. CONSTITUTION:Along with that neutral points are connected in common, the device is constituted in such a manner that the neutral points are connected in common with a grounded three- phase current power source 31, and also a three-phase reactor 33, auxiliary breaker 34 and capacitor 35 are connected in series in a space to an ungrounded three-phase voltage power source 32. Each phase terminal on the side of a provided three-phase switching device 36 are connected to junctions of the breaker 34 and the capacitor 35, and terminals on another side are connected in common and made to be the ungrounded condition. With this arrangement, when the breaker 34 in working and the device 36 are opened at the same time, an electric potential of 2.5PU max. is impressed between breaking 1st phase poles in the device 36 as the result that an electric potential on the capacitor 35 at a breaking time, voltage of the voltage source and a potential shifting portion of the neutral point from the 1st phase to 2nd, 3rd phases breaking points are added. On the other hand, the voltages of the capacitor 35 at the breaking time and of the voltage source are added between the poles of the device 36 at the breaking 2nd and 3rd phases, thereby the voltage of 1.87PU max. is impressed. In the current breaking process, therefore, the voltage equivalent to one impressed between the devices in the actual system is made to be impressed between the poles of the device 36 on the imaginary.
