PURPOSE:To allow house information panel with one line specification to cope with a monitor talking system with 2-line specification by providing a talking switching circuit connecting one of 2 sets of talking lines and one set of talking line of the house information panel side selectively and a multiple transmission terminal unit decoding a talking switching signal to operate the talking switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a call comes from a terminal set 2 to the house information panel 4 through one channel lA in two sets of channels lA, lB, a controller 1c of the alarm monitor panel 1 detects the call and a talking switching signal is sent to a talking switching terminal set 5 provided corresponding to the called house information panel 4 to operate a talking switching circuit 5b and to output a call tone to the called house information panel 4. Thus, when the interphone 4a of the called house information panel 4 is hooked off, it is possible to make a call with the called terminal set 2 through the talking line. Thus, the house information panel 4 of the existing one line specification is used as it is to revise the system into the 2-line specification.
