MOLD FOR DECORATION CHOCOLATE AND PREPARATION OF DECORATION CHOCOLATE USING IT

A mould assembly for moulding chocolate blocks having a cup-shaped cavity is provided. This mould assembly includes a first and a second mould, each of which is furnished with at least one moulding cavity, and at least one separating plate inserted between the first and second mould. The separating plate has a corresponding number of through-holes, each through-hole being somewhat smaller than the corresponding opening of the mould cavity. During the production of the chocolate block, the first and the second mould and the separating plate inserted between them are rigidly attached together and subjected to a rotating motion. An even distribution of the chocolate material in the moulds is achieved in this manner. IMAGE
