PURPOSE:To conduct smooth and secure pressure adhering of cut end parts of an FRP tape by a method wherein an auxiliary roll is provided together with a adhering roll and arranged so that the former can freely come near or depart from the latter in order to separate the FRP tape after the cut part. CONSTITUTION:A protective sheet 13 is stuck to one side of the FRP tape 12, the FRP tape is drawn out of a supply reel 10 and cut by a cutting device 18 according to the dimension set in the prescribed form. The sticking roll 22 pushes and sticks the FRP tape 12 on a prescribed mold 24 from one end of the cut FRP tape 12 to the other end. Synchronizing with the timing when the cut part A of the FRP tape arrives at the sticking roll 22, the auxiliary roll 32 presses one side B of the sticking roll 22 and is revolved synchronizing with the roll 22, the FRP tape 12b after the cut A is wound about the auxiliary roll 32 from the protective sheet 13.
