PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a control circuit system at a shortcircuiting time by connecting a condenser for reducing the shortcircuiting voltage in parallel with a protecting resistor forming a current level extractor and absorbing the instantaneous shortcircuiting voltage. CONSTITUTION:A current level extractor 22 can extract the current level even by a protecting resistor R, but can bypass an overvoltage applied to the resistor at the shortcircuiting time through a C2 by connecting the condenser C2 in parallel with the resistor R. In this manner, the transient voltage applied to the resistor R at the shortcircuiting time can be absorbed through the condenser C2, thereby preventing the damage of a control circuit system.
