Mixing in an aqueous buffer solution to the sample at different dilutions with a progressively decreasing Reagent dosing resulting from the fixation of a bacterial toxin on Erythrocytes in the presence of GLUTARALDEHYDE. Noting the existence of hemagglutination, determines the concentration of Antitoxin in the sample according to a reference pattern.Applicable to quantitative analysis of Antibodies against bacterial toxins such as diftericas Tetanic or in blood tests.
