MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AGAINST BONE ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE

摘要

A panel of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) distinguishing bone, liver and kidney ALP isozymes has been developed. These mAbs are useful for quantitative analysis of these isozymes by methods known in the art. Thus, these mAbs are useful to detect and quantify elevated serum levels of ALP attributable to liver, bone or kidney disease; also useful in radio-imaging of ALP in these tissues.
