Certain compounds of general formula: IMAGE in which R6 and R7 which may be the same or different represent an atom of hydrogen or an acyl radical, R1 represents optionally substituted C1-4 alkyl, or a IMAGE radical in which R'' and R''' are hydrogen or methyl, or a -CHO, -CN, optionally esterified -CO2H, -CH=NOH or IMAGE radical; R2 represents C1-3 alkyl, ethynyl or IMAGE R'2 and R''2 are hydrogen or C1-3 alkyl, have pharmaceutical activity.
