Handling truck, particularly for civil engineering works. It is essentially composed of a manipulator (gripper, hook) 24 connected to an articulated manoeuvring assembly 25 making it possible to move it from the storage area to the installation site. The said manipulator (gripper, hook) 24 is fixed to the end of the manoeuvring assembly 25 in an orientable manner and includes hand grips 1 making it possible to orientate it, a console 27 on which are grouped together not only the controls making it possible to manoeuvre the assembly 25 but also those making it possible to actuate the manipulator (gripper, hook) 24 providing the grasping of the elementary product on the storage area and its release on the installation site as well as the manoeuvres and steering of the carrying truck 22.
