摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a silver halide photographic sensitive material having high sensitivity and high preservation stability and generating scarce fog by incorporating nonphotosensitive silver halide and a specified compd. into a silver halide photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:Substantially nonphotosensitive silver halide fine particles (A) and a compd. (B) expressed by the formula, are incorporated into a photography constituting layer of the title sensitive material. Silver iodobromide fine particles may be used for the component (A), which may be added to a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer or to the adjacent hydrophilic colloid layer. R1 in the formula is -NHCOR3, -NHSO2R4; each R3 and R4 is an alkyl group or an aryl group, etc.; R2 is a halogen atom or a nitro group; (n) is zero-4. A compd. wherein R1 is -NHCOCH3 and (n) is zero may be used as the component (B), and can be added to a desired emulsion layer.
