COMPOSITE VIBRATION-RESISTANT AND WIND-RESISTANT APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To keep a vibration-resistant effect of a structure even when actuation of an active type vibration-resistant and wind-resistant apparatus stops, by forming a positive vibration-resistant and wind-resistant apparatus by a weight and an oscillator and further by forming a passive vibration-resistant and wind- resistant apparatus as an absorber by a weight and a connecting means when the oscillator does not actuate. CONSTITUTION:An oscillator 2 and a spring 4 are fitted to a weight 1 (mass) provided with rollers and the spring 4 is further connected to a second spring 5 via a fixing device 3 and the second spring is connected to a supporting base. When it is used for an active vibration-resistant and wind-resistant apparatus, it serves as a long spring of the spring 4 connected with the second spring 5 by relief of the fixing device 3. In this state, when the oscillator 2 is actuated, functions for an active vibration-resistant and wind-resistant apparatus can be obtained. When the actuation of the active vibration-resistant and wind- resistant apparatus can not be expected, the fixing device 3 is fixed. In this way, the structure, the weight 1 and the spring 4 resonate with each other and it service as a passage vibration-resistant and wind-resistant apparatus.
