PURPOSE:To contrive to keep accessibility to water by forming an inclined part to a fixed structure built along the waterside line, and by slidably engaging a floating structure equipped with a terrace made roughly horizontal to guide members that are formed along the direction of decline. CONSTITUTION:To a fixed structure 6 built along the waterside line, an inclined part 6a that is aslant toward the water (W) is formed and to guide members 7 formed in the direction of decline, a floating structure 8 with a terrace 8a attached roughly horizontal thereto is slidably engaged. The floating structure 8 is sustained with a pair of connecting arms, each of which is composed of a long and a short arms 14 and 15, provided to a slider 11 and is made to be protruding above the surface of the structure 6 through grooves 13 formed thereto. The floating structure 8 is guided along the direction of decline of the guide members 7 following the rise and fall of the water level and the terrace 8a is constantly kept thereby at a height with a fixed difference to the surface of the water (Wa). Therefore access to the water is made constantly available.
