CONSTITUTION:The objective food containing dried lobster subjected to frying treatment in an oil at 100-160 deg.C for 10-60min, preferably at 130+ or -5 deg.C for 20-30min or 'SHAJAN' [Chinese seasoning used as a sauce for Chinese dishes like 'MISO' (fermented bean paste)].
