PURPOSE:To contrive labor saving of dividing operation and quality uniformizing of noodle product, by driving a dividing stick up and down between two hang sticks at top and bottom, opening and shutting the dividing stick in front and rear direction in a time of the up and down and drawing out the dividing stick from between long strips of noodle. CONSTITUTION:During long strip of noodle 6 wound around two hang sticks at top and bottom 3 and 4 is fed from front end part to rear end part of feeding device 10, distance of two sticks at top and bottom 3 and 4 is enlarged and the noodle strip 6 is stretched. In a way of the process, noodle-dividing operation is performed and the product is uniformized without applying any manpower. Besides, in said noodle-dividing operation, a pair of dividing sticks 5 are inserted between the noodle strip 6 and rising of the dividing sticks 5 are once stopped at a fixed height between near the bottom hang stick 4 and the top hang stick 3, according to feeding amount of the feeding device 10. Noodle-dividing operation is performed in the period of the once stopping, by opening and shutting the dividing stick 5 in front and rear. Accordingly, height of open and shut of the dividing sticks 5, center of the open and shut and the noodle strip 6 fed by the feeding device 10 are exactly corresponded to uniformly spread the noodle strip 6 in front and rear direction.
