PURPOSE:To reduce a cost by leading exhaust air in a residential space, to a car housing space section via a duct with an exhauster for conditioning air in the residential space or the like, and by exhausting air in the car housing space section to an external section via the duct and the exhauster. CONSTITUTION:For example, a first floor 1F is provided with an exhauster 11 for conditioning air in the residential space of an office building 13 or the like, and the tip opening 15A of a duct 15 is set on the upper side of a car housing space section 3. Besides, a second floor 2F is provided with an exhauster 17, and a suction duct 19 is positioned at the bottom section of the space section 3. After that, air-conditioned exhaust used in the residential space is fed into the space section 3 via the exhauster 11 and the duct 15, and air in the space section 3 is exhausted to an external section via the duct 19, the exhauster 17, and a duct 21. Then, by dry air-conditioned exhaust, moisture is removed from the space section 3. Accordingly, equipment coat and running cost can be reduced.
