PURPOSE:To enable the application of small beam formation by raising a high level part floor by the contraction amount of a high level part pillar, connecting a large beam bridged from a low level part pillar and a high level part pillar to the completed construction body such as a framework bridge, a floor slab, a load bearing wall and the like. CONSTITUTION:The contraction amount of a high level part pillar 3 for a high building having a partially low level part is calculated in advance and the floor level of a high level part is made higher than the floor level of a low level part by a value obtainable from the calculation. Also, the floor level of the low level part is compressed to be low. In addition, a substantial beam 5 bridged between a low level part pillar 4 and a high level part pillar 3, is connected to the framework bridge and floor slab of the high and low level parts, a load bearing wall and the like via a pin point after the completion thereof. According to the aforesaid construction, a shearing force and bending stress generated due to a floor level difference does not work upon the beam 5 bridged between the pillars 3 and 4, and it is possible to reduce the size of the beam 5.
