GREEN BASE FORMATION METHOD BY RECYCLING

PURPOSE:To enable acquirement and treatment of a material and to recycle a waste to reduce cost by forming a planted base layer by spraying a base formation spray material using incinerated ashes of a combustible industrial waste or refuse. CONSTITUTION:Ashes left over from the incineration of a combustible industrial waste or refuse are stirred and mixed together with granulated solid high chemicals fertilizer and coating fertilizer containing lime fertilizer or powder of konjak provided with compost, tucky adhesion function and fertilizer function to form a spray material. Water is added to the spray material, and it is sprayed to a soil mountain 1 to form a base layer 2. According to the constitution, a planted base layer can be formed at a low cost by taking advantage of a treated waste without using any expensive peat moss and black soil or pit sand with no stability due to variations in quality.
