FORMATION OF RECYCLED GREENING BASE MATERIAL USING UNUSED TIMBER SUCH AS OBSTACLE TREE AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a recycled greening base material using unused timbers such as obstacle trees, capable of crushing the obstacle trees cut down on a mountainous area construction for developing the area of hills and fields, grinding the crushed products, carbonizing a part of the crushed trees and reusing the obtained chips and the charcoal together with sewage sludge. SOLUTION: This device for using unused timbers such as obstacle trees to form the recycled greening base material 9 comprises a rough crusher 2 for roughly crushing obstacle trees 1, a chip-producing machine 3 for grinding the roughly crushed trees into chips 11, a carbonization oven 4 for carbonizing the other part of the roughly crushed obstacle trees, mixing the ground chips and the obtained charcoal with sewage sludge, adding a pyrolignous acid solution 13 to the mixture, and processing the mixture by use of a greening base material-producing facility 5 provided with a mixing facility 6, a fermentation facility 7 and an aging facility 8.
