ARRANGEMENT OF TELESCOPIC SHIFTING FORKS' PULL-OUT GIRDERS

The configuration of the launching beams is especially suited for the telescopic forks of the rack stacker. The forks consist of a basic solid beam (1), on which a middle launching beam (2) on the rollers is seated. An upper launching beam (3) on the rollers is seated on the middle beam (2). All the carrying rollers (4,5) and also all the guide rollers (6,7) of the given set of beams (1,2,3) are attached to the middle launching beam (2). All the carrying rollers (4,5) are axially placed horizontally, whereas all the guide rollers (6,7) are axially placed vertically in pairs. All the carrying and guide rollers (4,5,6,7) of the given set of beams (1,2,3) are, with their areas of contact (8,10,12,14), directed towards the outer side of the middle launching beam (2). The guide rollers (6,7) belonging to a certain pair are mutually co-axial and the guide surface (15) of the upper launching beam (3) is arranged at the end of the lower bend (18) of the upper launching beam (3).IMAGE
