Shock-absorbent trotting tracks and horseracing tracks comprise the following layers: racing layer 1, bonded fibre fabric 2, shock-absorbent wood fibres 3, bonded fibre fabric 4, bearing/drainage layer 5 and sub-base with possible filling.
