Consolidation of loose soil - by portable machine which sprays mixture of granular material and textile fibres onto soil

Loose soil is consolidated by a portable machine which sprays a three-dimensional mixture of granulated material and textile fibres onto the soil. The machine consists of a sleeve (2) with a handle (3) at one end and a head (4) at the other end. This head is equipped with ejectors each of which is provided with a nozzle (6). Each nozzle receives fluid, from a pipe (9), in which the fibres are suspended, and then ejects a stream of fluid and fibres. The nozzles are mounted on a support (8) in such a way that they can be vibrated.
