A process for preparation of solube extract from cacao been husk (I) as waste, which inhibits bactrial glucosyl transferase for the insoluble glucan formation, comprises condensating the water- soluble extract of the gound husk or defatted husk in boiled condition, and recovering of the precipitates with 2.5 vol. of ethanol or 60% sat. of ammonium sulfate treatment from 2% water solution.
