A expression vector ptrp322H-HGH for human growth hormone(HGH) was composed of 2.2 kilo base pairs nucleic acid slice (I), 581 base pairs slice (II) and synthetic linker. (I) was obtained by cutting a trp repression vector with restriction enzyme Hpa I and Sal I. (II) was obtained by cutting a vector having HGH gene with restriction enzyme Hde I and Sal I.
