1. Modular constructional element (7, 12) in the form of an orthogonal parallelepipedic panel, having on its two opposite sides an indentation (8, 14) and a projection (9, 13), one facing the other, substantially of the same length and of the same height (h), characterized in that said height is equal to half the thickness of said element so that at least two modular elements (7), disposed coplanar-wise and symmetrically side by side and with their indentations facing each other, free a housing with their opening e = 2h, into which fits the projection of another modular element, transversal to the preceding modular element (7) for constructing adjacent cells (2).
