The invention relates to an electronic trip-indicator for mounting on fuses, with an insulating casing (10) and, arranged therein, indicator electronics (12) which signal tripping of the fuse by means of electrical and, optionally, optical signals, the two connection contacts (A, B) of which indicator electronics (12) can be connected electrically to the connectors of the fuse and which indicator electronics (12) has an indicator output (44). The indicator electronics (12) has a high internal resistance (input resistors R1, R2). The indicator output (44) is formed by the contacts (5 to 8) of a bistable relay (REL1) having two coil windings (28, 40) which are each arranged in two parallel current branches and can be acted on, through drivable semiconductor switches (thyristors T2, T3) connected in series with them, alternately with current pulses so that, in the event of tripping of the fuse and a corresponding voltage rise at the connection contacts (A, B) of the indicator electronics (12), the indicator output (44) passes into a first logical switching state and, in the event of disconnection of the trip-indicator from the operating voltage and a corresponding voltage drop at the connection contacts (A, B), the indicator output (44) passes into a second logical switching state. Capacitors (C2, C3) are electrically connected in parallel in each of the two current paths having the coil windings (28, 40) of the bistable relay (REL1), which capacitors can be charged on application of the voltage to the connection contacts (A, B) of the indicator electronics (12)...
