The tractor-like agricultural vehicle has two units, each with a non-sprung driving axle. The first carries an engine and a driver's seat, the second has a cantilever arm, connected to the first unit. A pivoted moveable steering device is provided, for straight line motion of the axle of the second unit. The steering device is formed by an adjusting cylinder (12), the length of which is adjustable relative to the vertical load, transmitted to the unit (3) concerned by the lifting device (13).
