Regulation device maintaining the absolute humidity of the air just below the limits of condensation on cold surfaces and of suffocation, in order to save energy, mainly in swimming pools and unheated large buildings. Consisting mainly of a probe 2 in thermal contact with the wall to be kept free of condensation, containing a reflecting surface 7 held at a temperature slightly below that of the wall by virtue of a thermal element 5, with a constant offset regulated from A1 on the basis of the probes 3 and 8, and adjustable by a potentiometer 15. A circuit A2 overrides this law by powering the element 5 so as to keep the surface 7 at a temperature of 20 DEG C when the latter tends to exceed this value. An optical detector 10 signals any dew appearing on the mirror 7 to the circuit A3 which controls dehumidifying. IMAGE
