For example, the electrolytic bath has a composition contg. 70+ or -30g/l Na2WO4.2H2O, 60+ or -20g/l NiSO4.6H2O and 100 + or -30g/l citric acid. the pH of the bath is adjusted to 6+ or -2, and a stainless steel material is used as an anode.
