PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-W alloy/CNT composite plating method capable of improving current efficiency and excellently fetching CNT into an electroplated alloy coating.;SOLUTION: An Ni-W alloy/CNT composite plating method is the Ni-W alloy/CNT composite plating method for performing electroplating by using a plating liquid containing a nickel source, a tungsten source, a carbon nanotube, a dispersant of the carbon nanotube, and citrate, and the concentration of the citrate is adjusted to 0.3 M to 0.1 M and pH is adjusted to 4.0 to 6.0 to perform the electroplating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
