PURPOSE:To contrive the promotion of carbonization by forming a dual structure with the use of an outer pipe provided so as to introduce air with the use of a circular space formed of a fuel gas introduction inner pipe and an outer pipe made of ceramic set at the length in which edge temperature becomes equal to or lower than specified temperature on a above-captioned temperature increase burner of a furnace type coke oven. CONSTITUTION:A coke furnace end flue ceramic burner is formed of an inner pipe 1 and an outer pipe 2 made of ceramic such as SiC in a dual structure, which is made a structure for taking in air from a circular space between the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 2. In addition, the length of the inner pipe 1 is set so that the edge temperature thereof may become equal to or lower than 600 deg.C to form of stainless steel and the like. By such constitution, the uniformity of carbonization, the improvement of production and the reduction of carbonization heating value can be contrived. Furthermore, the prevention of nozzle plugging can be prevented.
