METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DROPPING AND FEEDING TOFU PACK IN TOFU-PACK STAND

PURPOSE:To enable downwardly removing the pack laid lowest from a pile of packs with certainty by a method wherein, by pressing up the bottom of the lowest pack in the middle, a pressing device is actuated to effect the removal. CONSTITUTION:Tofu packs are inserted in a pile from above through a vertical guide 1 which guides the packs downward and the entire pile is supported with flanges Ka of the lowest pack K on receiving claws 1a formed at four corners. Revolving devices with pressing devices are set on two opposite sides of the vertical guide 1 and a rotary pressing mechanism which works in synchronistic linkage with the revolving devices is provided. By driving a motor the revolving devices are actuated; revolving shafts 3 revolve mutually in the opposite directions and turn pressing devices 4 in such a manner as to make them press against two opposite sides of the pack K at the lowest position from the outside and press the pack K downward. Before this pressing, the rotary pressing mechanism applies an upward pressure to the bottom of the pack K in the middle. That is to say, the rotation of a bevel gear 6, which meshes with a bevel gear 5 fitted on one 3a of hexagonal shafts, rotates a driven shaft 6a and an eccentric disk 8 and, as a result, a bell crank 10 is moved upward, causing a presser 12 at the forward end to press the bottom of the pack K upward in the middle.
