PURPOSE:To reduce incurring of a power lose due to agitation of oil by method wherein after gas delivered from a compression mechanism part is caused to flow through an electric motor, it is delivered from a closed container to cool the electric motor with high efficiency, and oil in the closed container is conveyed to a different oil reservoir container togetherwith delivered gas. CONSTITUTION:When a drive shaft 7 is rotated with the aid of an electric motor 3, through a rotation of a crank pin 7a and operation of a rotation and revolution preventing mechanism 9, a revolving scroll 5 is revolved without rotation. Thereby, the volumes of laps 5b and 6b of revolving and stationary scrolls 5 and 6 and a space formed with bed plates 5a and 6a are reduced, and gas sucked through a suction hole 6c is compressed and delivered through a delivery hole 6d. Delivered gas flows through the bed plate 6a of the station ary scroll 6 and a passage 12 formed in a frame 8, and after it cools the electric motor 3, it is delivered through a delivery pipe. Meanwhile, a delivery piping 1c is connected to a different oil reservoir container, not shown, where a deliv ery refrigerant and oil are separated away from each other.
