PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a laminated body by designing the structure of a dielectric layer sandwiched by the surfaces of base films in the manner in which transfer to another dielectric layer becomes possible by heating compression welding. CONSTITUTION:An electrode layer 22 is printed on the surface of a base film 21. On the surface of the base film 21 on which the layer 22 is formed, a first ceramic sheet 24 wherein the layer 22 is buried in a dielectric layer 23 is prepared. On the surfaces of base films 25, 26 where the electrode layer is not formed, a second ceramic sheet 29 and a third ceramic sheet 30 where dielectric layers 27, 28 are formed are prepared. The sheets are so stacked that the layer 23 of the sheet 24 and the layer 27 of the sheet 29 face each other; the stacked body is subjected to heating compression welding from the surface side of the films 21, 25, the layers 23, 27 are constituted in a body by heat transfer; then the film 21 is exfoliated. After the sheets are so stacked that the layer 32 wherein the film 21 is exfoliated and the layer 28 of the sheet 30 face each other, the stacked body is subjected to heating compression welding, and the layers 28, 32 are constituted in a body by heat transfer, thus obtaining a green sheet 33 for a laminated porcelain capacitor.
