PURPOSE:To improve reinforcing effect with inclined reinforcing bars by arranging horizontal reinforcing bars on a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars, and by forming the wire-gauze-shaped reinforcement of said reinforcing bars on which the inclined reinforcing bars arranged in the direction orthogonal to the concrete cracking direction of an opening corner section are firmly fitted. CONSTITUTION:A wire-gauze-phaped reinforcement 4 is set so that the end sections 2' of inclined reinforcing bars 2 may be set inside the end sections 1' of vertical reinforcing bars 1, and at interval sections between the bars, horizontal reinforcing bars 3 are arranged to be fixed. Besides, the inclined reinforcing bars 2 are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the cracking direction of a concrete corner section at an opening section, and are fixed. As a result, the inclined reinforcing bars 2 can be sot to be cracking-proof main-reinforcing bars, and the vertical reinforcing bars 1 can be set to be assembling reinforcing bars, and the horizontal reinforcing bars 3 can be set to be both-end-fitting reinforcing bars.
