ELECTROCHEMICAL CELL FOR TESTING OVAL CROSS SECTION METAL SAMPLES

The design concerns the electrochemical cell for testing of metal samples of a circular cross-section, which contains an elastic sleeve in the recess in the shape of a cylindrical surface in the wall of the body of the electrochemical cell, while an opening into the inner part of the body of the electrochemical cell is arranged in the bottom of the recess. The body is optimally made of Teflon and the elastic sleeve of silicone rubber. The design enables to carry out tests in the single device with a higher number of various diameters, e.g. pipes of heat exchangers and steam generators.IMAGE
